What We Are Looking For:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Automotive sector
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers professionally and ascertain their vehicle service needs
Provide accurate and detailed explanations of services and repairs recommended
Prepare and review service estimates with customers
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and after-service feedback
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and billing
Upsell additional services or products where appropriate
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business
Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple customer requests
Customer-oriented with a professional attitude
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems)
