Role & Responsibility
Inspection of Mechanical activity.
Handling inspection activities with client.
Reviewing ITP, MS & Project Specification of Electrical Work.
Preparation of QC documents & Auditing records.
Maintaining all product and Inspection instrument calibration or expiry dates etc.
Maintaining Daily Record for all kind of inspection and reporting to senior.
Reviewing MC dossier and submitting to client for final review and approval.
Getting done all Quality document handover done from subcontractor.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. Be currently certified by API (API 653 and API 510).
2. Have direct work experience and thorough knowledge of static and rotating mechanical equipment, commodities, materials construction, Pre-Commissioning and quality activities required for the WORK
3. Direct mechanical work experience and demonstrate thorough knowledge of Work-related engineering codes and standards, such as ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, UL, FM, NFPA, ASME BPVC (Sections I, V, VIII and IX); ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and B73; NACE SPs, API 620, API 650 and AWS D1.1.
4. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of mechanical process systems inspection and testing; procedures, tools and test equipment used in receiving, storage, fabrication, erection, construction and Pre-Commissioning of steam and combustion turbines, diesel engines, pumps, compressors, motors and generators, mixers and agitators, fans, gearboxes, firewater pumps and motors, auxiliary cooling and lubrication systems, packaged process equipment, pipe, pipe fittings, valves, pressure vessels, fired heaters, tanks, structural steel, hot/cold insulation and other equipment and commodities as required for the WORK.
5. Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, construction methods and QC inspection and test procedures
6. With minimal supervision, performed a variety of document review, inspection and testing functions to verify CONTRACTOR compliance with Contract requirements.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
ACADEMIC: Inspector shall be minimum a graduate in MECHANICAL engineering, or higher; shall be fully conversant with applicable Industry Standards and Specifications; and shall perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervision. Inspector shall meet, as a minimum, overall,
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Mechanical QCI in related industry (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects), out of that minimum 3 years at an EPC Project Site at and SAUDI ARAMCO Project site experience will be an added advantage.
