Requirements:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in reservations or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable strategies.
• Experience with team coaching and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and competitive landscape.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
