Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area and service stations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications:
Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
