You will advise in identifying and evaluating mineral deposits, driving growth through strategic exploration programs using geological, geophysical, and geochemical methods.
The role involves prioritizing targets based on economic viability, conducting metallurgical testing, and interpreting complex datasets with a strong understanding of basin modeling and structural geology. Fieldwork includes site visits and sample collection to advise decision-making.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential for developing exploration recommendations.
The technical advisor will provide technical guidance to junior members and ensure high-quality data through QA/QC protocols. The position requires familiarity with CRIRSCO standards, the International Reporting Template, and recognition as a Competent Person. Proficiency in geological software, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are expected.

The ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and to with cross-functional teams.
Demonstration of technical contribution in Mineral industry through reputable international publications, technology patents and mentoring programs for young engineers.
Proficient in geological mapping and modeling software, and exploration data analysis tools
Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to challenging field conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRIRSCO Standards and the International Reporting Template, with the ability to assess mineral resources and reserves, including inferred resources and scoping studies, ensuring compliance with global best practices. Recognition as a Competent Person under CRIRSCO is required, with at least five years of relevant experience in the specific type of mineralization or deposit under consideration, and membership in a Recognized Professional Organization with enforceable disciplinary processes.
