Nebras Alkhaleej Transport Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage and maintain all transportation-related data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording loading and offloading operations, tracking vehicle movement, and maintaining records of deliveries, fuel usage, and schedules to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities (loading/offloading times, delivery destinations, vehicle usage, etc.)
Track and update daily vehicle movements and driver assignments
Coordinate with drivers to confirm schedules and delivery completion
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports
Keep track of cargo weights, documentation, and delivery receipts
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
Collaborate with the operations team to improve logistics efficiency
Maintain digital and physical records of transport logs and documents
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, data entry, or transportation coordination (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
High school diploma or higher; logistics or business-related qualification is a plus
Familiarity with transportation software or GPS tracking systems is an advantage
