Qualification:
MBA with Mechanical Engineering background
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the field of hydraulics
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in the hydraulics sector
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the hydraulic industry
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners
Lead negotiations and close sales deals effectively
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review
Collaborate with technical and product teams to address client needs and provide technical solutions
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
