What We’re Looking For:

An experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer with extensive expertise in quality assurance and control for large-scale process plant projects in Oil & Gas and renewable energy sectors.

Position Summary:

Lead QA/QC operations, develop quality plans, and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices across Greenfield and Brownfield projects, including solar power plants.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality management systems.
Conduct audits, inspections, and surveillance to verify compliance.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Review and approve QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors on quality matters.
Provide leadership and mentorship to QA/QC team members.
Ensure all activities comply with applicable standards, codes, and project requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
IRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction of major Greenfield or Brownfield process plants in Oil & Gas industry.
Extensive experience with large-scale Solar (Photovoltaic) projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
