We are seeking a highly experienced Lead / Senior Process Engineer with extensive background in engineering consultancy and FPSO projects. The ideal candidate will lead process engineering activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and contribute to the successful delivery of client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead process design, analysis, and optimization for FPSO and other offshore facilities.
Develop and review process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and process specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Ensure all process activities comply with industry standards and client requirements.
Participate in project meetings, reviews, and risk assessments.
Handle the detailed design (DD) phase, ensuring deliverables meet quality and schedule.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated engineering solutions.
Handle client communications and technical queries effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or related field.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in process engineering within engineering consultancy firms.
Proven experience leading process engineering for FPSO projects.
Strong knowledge of process simulation, HAZOP, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
