We are looking for Treatment Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

· Patient Consultation & Education:
Clearly explain proposed treatment plans, procedures, and benefits to patients. Address questions or concerns and support patients in making informed decisions about their dental care.
· Coordination with Doctor & Clinical Team:
Collaborate closely with dentists and nurses to understand treatment recommendations and ensure accurate communication of clinical information.
· Patient Follow-Up:
Manage timely follow-ups for pending treatment plans, re-calls, and post-treatment care. Ensure continuity of care and a smooth patient journey.
· Handling Enquiries:
Respond promptly and professionally to all patient enquiries—whether in person, via phone, or email—regarding treatment plans, procedures, scheduling, or financial questions.
· Financial Coordination:
Present and explain payment options, secure financial agreements, and collect payments. Support patients with insurance-related documentation where needed.
· Patient Testimonials & Experience Documentation:
Collect patient feedback and testimonials to showcase positive experiences. Coordinate patient photography (before/after treatment) with consent for marketing or case presentation purposes.
· Database & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment acceptance, and follow-up activity in the clinic’s system.
