Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a road and infrastructure construction company in UAE.

Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on-site.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate safety training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all personnel.
Liaise with regulatory authorities for permits and inspections.
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports in accordance with company and legal requirements.
Promote a safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in road and infrastructure projects in UAE.
Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
Knowledge of UAE HSE laws, standards, and best practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and accident investigation skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
