To educate students about the Earth's processes, space phenomena, and scientific principles, inspiring curiosity and understanding of the natural universe.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver lessons on geology, meteorology, astronomy, and environmental science.
Design experiments and activities to enhance understanding of scientific concepts.
Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
Foster critical thinking, inquiry, and scientific reasoning.
Integrate technology and multimedia tools into lessons.
Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment.
Stay updated with advancements in Earth and Space sciences.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary lessons.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Earth Science, Geology, Astronomy, or related field.
Teaching certification/license in Science Education.
Prior teaching experience in Earth and Space Science preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for science and education.
