Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising Team Members:
Managing and motivating a team responsible for tasks like picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Order Management:
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of online orders, including addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Website Management:
Maintaining accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing, as well as optimizing website performance and user experience.
• Inventory Management:
Working with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
• Sales & Marketing:
Implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, including promotional campaigns, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Data Analysis:
Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction:
Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests promptly and effectively.
• Compliance & Security:
Ensuring e-commerce operations comply with platform policies, legal requirements, and security protocols.
• Collaboration:
Working with other teams (Finance, marketing, product, logistics, IT) to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 5 years of working experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, etc.).
• Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like AMAZON seller central, AMAZON vendor central, NOON sellers lab etc.
