Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and school policies
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Coordinate staff training and development programs
Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
Support payroll, benefits administration, and other HR functions
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in Dubai
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
