HR Officer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Prepare HR documentation and generate reports using Excel.
• Assist with employee inquiries and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
