HR Analyst

Requirements:
• Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data and metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional accuracy and precision when working with HR data and reports.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, HR metrics, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex HR data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex HR challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to think strategically and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
