We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and drive outside sales efforts in industrial tools and welding supplies. This role focuses on lead generation, expanding our client base, and managing existing business relationships to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, sales experience, and a passion for providing solutions to industrial and manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and present product solutions.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations for welding and industrial tools.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial tools, welding supplies, or manufacturing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial tools and welding equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales territory effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
