Minimum Experience:
Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, focusing on mechanical works such as piping, pumps, valves, tanks, and equipment installation.
Coordinate with mechanical engineering teams, procurement, construction, and commissioning to align all planning activities.
Track project progress and generate weekly/monthly reports including S-curves, resource histograms, and look-ahead schedules.
Analyze schedule variances and delays, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Participate in technical and planning meetings to provide schedule-related inputs, especially concerning mechanical milestones.
Prepare and support delay analysis, recovery plans, and extension of time (EOT) claims if required.
Ensure all planning documents comply with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with at least 2 years on water or wastewater treatment plant projects.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (Mandatory).
Good understanding of mechanical systems involved in water treatment processes (pumps, piping, valves, filtration, etc.).
Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project environments.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
