Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 4/5 years’ experience in the UAE
· Good Knowledge of UAE labor law.
· Must be graduated with attested certificates.
· Having complete knowledge of HR functions.
· Able to handle different task.
HR Duties:
· All internal and external HR functions.
· Keep updated record of master data for employees (Hard, Soft & Meezan update).
· Preparing of Leave applications, leave settlements & Final settlements for employees.
· Hiring process from Posting to Confirmation.
· Handling of queries for all staff regarding Bank related issues, Insurance related issues & other employee’s issue.
· Making insurances for employees with better rates in the market. (e.g. Group medical insurance, Group life insurance, Unemployment insurances, Workmen compensation)
· Making salary accounts for the staff.
· Preparing Memorandums.
