We’re seeking a local Recruitment Officer with experience in Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities:
-Proven experience (3–5 years) in both technical and non-technical hiring
-Handle end-to-end recruitment for FM positions (e.g., technicians, cleaners, engineers)
-Source and screen local candidates
-Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
-Maintain recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
-Recruitment experience in FM or related sectors
-Strong understanding of local labor market
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Familiar with ATS and sourcing tools
