JOB CONTENT

The Manager (Planning) at Projects Site will be reporting and answerable to the Project Directors/Project Managers but will be assisted, guided and reinforced by the Unit Sr. Planning Manager. The responsibilities and accountabilities will be as follows.

B.E (Civil Engineering) / NICMAR (preferred)

Primavera P6 Software Knowledge

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Experience on Rail / Bridges/ Roads projects

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing Master Budgets (Revisions) for the project under guidance of Project Manager/Director. The same to be reviewed by Planning Manager before it is submitted to Projects Controller for review by various heads and to be put upon to Unit Head for his approval and subsequent approval from CEO. Prepare and update the site organization chart on monthly basis and submit to Unit Planning Engineer to compile. Prepare and update Project base line schedule in P-6, and its revision when required with all supporting documents for submission to Client / Consultant.
Prepare, update, Monitor and revise the business plan under guidance of Project Manager and submit to Unit Planning Manager for compiling in line with Unit’s Vision and business needs. Update the project Schedule on fortnightly basis and submit the same to Unit Planning Engineer.
Prepare maintain and update the data base of the resources with the project. Prepare the Rolling projections for resources manpower and equipment on monthly basis to be submitted to Unit Planning Engineer.
Compile the Daily progress report of project and submit it to Unit Planning Manager / PM.
Prepare, maintain and update the project documents required by MSP for the audit from corporate QHSE and attend the auditor as and when audit is scheduled. Prepares the supporting documents (impact schedule or any such document required by contracts) required to submit Time Extension Claim to under the guidance of Planning Manager to be submitted to contracts Department.
