We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth through paid advertising, data analysis, and optimization strategies across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop compelling creatives and messaging.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.
Identify new opportunities for growth and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Maintain accurate records of campaign data and budgets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other advertising platforms.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus.
