Qualifications & Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years of IT administration experience, preferably in financial services or exchange companies.
– Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server, Active Directory
Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN)
Cybersecurity standards (e.g., TLS 1.2, firewalls, endpoint protection)
Backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
– Experience with financial/exchange software (e.g., Flexcube, CASMEX, T24) is a plus.
– Good problem-solving and communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
– Infrastructure Support: Manage servers, networks, firewalls, and critical apps.
– Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity, conduct audits, ensure compliance.
– User Support: Handle user access, provide help desk support, maintain IT assets.
– Backup & Recovery: Oversee backups, disaster recovery, and rapid issue resolution.
– Vendor & Software: Coordinate vendors, manage AML, SWIFT, and trading systems.
