Executive Chef
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in culinary management, with at least 5 years specializing in Turkish cuisine.
• Previous experience opening and operating multiple outlets or franchises preferred.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s F&B regulatory environment (Dubai Municipality, HACCP, etc.).
• Strong understanding of kitchen workflows, cost controls, and menu engineering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Turkish or Arabic is a plus.
