Take charge of our culinary operations as the Executive Sous Chef, leading the kitchen as Head of Department and driving culinary excellence in a vibrant hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
Oversee menu planning, development, and execution
Manage and develop the kitchen team through training and performance management
Monitor food costs, wastage, and manage supplier relationships
Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Collaborate with management on special events, promotions, and banquets
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Head Chef in a 4- or 5-star hotel
Strong leadership and people management skills
Expertise in international cuisine and modern culinary techniques
Knowledge of food cost control, inventory, and kitchen administration
Excellent communication skills with a hands-on approach
Immediate availability is preferred
