Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Job Description :
• Prepare and maintain records on the Half-yearly bidding plan and execution process (MOM, Schedules etc.)
• Coordinate with the Bidding Committee on the meeting schedules such as Regular meetings, Price Negotiations, etc.)
• Assist procurement officer in preparing price Analysis for the half-yearly price negotiation process.
• Assist procurement officer in preparing supporting documents required for half-yearly price approval to the management
• Update ERP system on the approved price list as per the timeline.
• Update ERP system on the approved suppliers list as per the timeline.
• Obtain minimum price quotation from the marker and the existing supplier on the new purchase requirement.
• Issue LPO as and when required to purchase new item.
• Assist procurement officer with the reconciliation process for the pending LPO for the month
• Coordinate with the supplier in case of any discrepancy found during the LPO verification process
• To maintain, monitor, and update market price information in the database regularly and provide procurement officer as and when required
• To coordinate with HSET and another department concerns on the vendor site visit as per the timeline
• Prepare and maintain an updated record of the vendors performance.
• Coordinate with the F&A and other department concern on the updates and feedback related to the vendors performance as per the timeline
• Obtain best price/quotations from the market on the sale of asset.
• Ensure proper filling of legal documents is maintained.
• Ensure completion of any task within the timeline as assigned by the Head of the department
• Ensure to report any issues in the department to head of the department
• Prepare and Maintain minutes of the meeting
Job Details :
• Qualification should be Bachelors in any stream
• Minimum Three years in a similar role of Food and Beverage procurement department (preferably in UAE)
• Good communication (English & Hindi), Negotiation, Time management, Organization, and Problem-solving skills.
• MS Office, ERP, and relevant office tools.
