Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the HVAC maintenance and installation team.
Plan, organize, and oversee HVAC maintenance activities across facilities.
Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with clients and other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs.
Monitor inventory of HVAC parts and tools, and place orders as needed.
Enforce safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Team Leader with at least 3-5 years in facilities management.
Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA, HVAC licenses).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
