Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service delivery
Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocations
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Assist in training and mentoring staff to improve service quality
Control inventory and ensure proper stock levels of supplies and amenities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in hospitality
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays
