We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across various departments. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in LinkedIn headhunting, sourcing through job portals, and managing the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Bayt), referrals, and headhunting
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans in coordination with department heads
Conduct screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and negotiation processes
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for management review
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 5- 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and headhunting methods
Familiarity with ATS systems and various regional/international job portals
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in hiring for real estate, construction, or technical roles is a plus
