Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):
• Actively generate and nurture leads across the Dubai real estate market
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and investors
• Consistently meet and exceed defined sales targets
• Represent and promote luxury properties from top-tier UAE developers
• Maintain CRM records accurately and submit timely sales performance updates
Who We're Seeking:
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (experience in real estate is a strong advantage)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in closing deals and handling client objections
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented professionals
