The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently.
Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
Assist with room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions accurately.
Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area.
Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Promote hotel amenities and special offers to enhance guest experience.
Perform administrative duties as needed, including reporting and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with PMS software is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Multilingual skills are advantageous.
