Responsibilities:
Support M&A, investment, and business development initiatives in ports, free zones, and logistics across the GCC, Levant, and Iraq.
Craft detailed financial models and projections for potential acquisitions and greenfield projects.
Prepare high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing our vision and growth plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather critical business information, ensuring accurate financial analysis and reporting.
Conduct market research and financial evaluations for new project initiatives.
Assist in negotiating and structuring deals, fostering relationships with external partners.
Contribute to the development of our long-term business strategy with your financial expertise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a relevant field, an MBA is preferred.
5+ years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, or consulting, preferably in a multinational environment.
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to create clear and concise presentations.
Proficiency in evaluating businesses and crafting financial reports.
Knowledge of M&A processes and experience in conducting market research is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across functions.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling tools is a must.
