Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years as Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to top-level executives (CEO/MD)
Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a highly experienced and organized Executive Secretary to support our CEO. The ideal candidate should have strong local experience and a proven track record in managing executive schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for top-level management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications
Handle travel arrangements and event planning
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments/clients
Monitor and prioritize emails and communications
Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Must be a Philippines national
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant local experience as Executive Secretary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
