Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies targeting both B2B & B2C channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing programs that align with market requirements.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to position the company effectively.
• Analyze market and competitor trends to identify opportunities and recommend product pricing, promotions, and positioning strategies.
Trade Marketing & Budget Management
• Develop and manage trade marketing budgets, tracking performance metrics and ROI.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and create effective sales collateral.
• Plan and execute trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
• Conduct research and gather data to support trade marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on trade marketing performance.
Project & Performance Management
• Develop detailed project plans and documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Track and facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and review sessions.
• Create strategic overview dashboards to drive actionable insights for management.
Brand, Content & Digital Marketing
• Enhance brand awareness across the GCC and Middle East markets.
• Create engaging marketing materials (catalogs, brochures, datasheets, presentations, videos).
• Manage website, e-commerce listings, and social media platforms with industrial-focused content.
• Lead SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising for B2B lead generation.
• Manage CRM marketing automation and track campaign ROI.
Events & Exhibitions
• Plan and coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events.
• Organize product demos, technical seminars, and roadshows in collaboration with the sales team.
Key Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional marketing certification (CIM, AMA) is an advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing, with at least part of it in trade marketing.
• Preferable experience in hand tools, accessories, or industrial hardware.
• Proven track record in B2B/B2C marketing within the Middle East.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proficient in market research, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and sales tracking software.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Knowledge of industrial and construction market dynamics in GCC/MENA.
• Ability to multitask, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.
