We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Developer Sales | Off-Plan Real Estate
Join RICHMIND Development as we expand our team! We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead with vision and drive. If you have successfully managed a team of 5 to 15 agents, consistently exceeded KPIs, sold luxury or high-value off-plan projects, cultivated strong brokerage networks, and represented developments at international roadshows, this is your opportunity.

Your Role:

Design and implement effective sales strategies targeting high-value real estate projects
Monitor and meet KPI targets through regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Manage important client and broker relationships to close significant deals
Lead training sessions and briefings for the brokerage network
Represent RICHMIND Development at international roadshows, exhibitions, and exclusive investor events

What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
Demonstrated success in leading teams and closing large-value transactions
Well-established network of brokerage relations within the UAE
Experience in participating in international property roadshows and investor events
Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, and communication
RERA certification is preferred
