Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support across various departments. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, handle correspondence, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule appointments and meetings
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Support team members with administrative tasks
Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Qualifications:

Prior experience in administrative or office support roles
