Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our restaurants and central kitchen facility. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, high service standards, and consistent food quality across all units. The successful candidate will drive process efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and lead a high-performing team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across all restaurants and the central kitchen, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
• Ensure consistent quality in food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
• Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) .
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor KPIs including food cost, labor cost, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Maintain strict adherence to local food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, municipality regulations).
• Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Supervise the launch of new branches and renovation of existing units, ensuring readiness and compliance with brand requirements.
• Responsible for full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for all store-level.
• Act as a central liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and operational consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in multi-unit restaurant or F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
• Excellent leadership, team building, and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of operational budgeting, cost control, and business performance analysis.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
