Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in hotel or hospitality marketing
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills
Currently based in the UAE or able to work locally
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Manage social media accounts, website content, and online advertising
Coordinate with media, PR agencies, and partners for promotional activities
Develop promotional materials and content to enhance brand visibility
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
Organize and oversee events, promotions, and special offers
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
