Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
Manage reservations and guest inquiries via phone and email.
Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.

Requirements:

Saudi nationality and fluency in Arabic and English.
Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of reservation and property management systems
