Key Responsibilities:
Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams for room readiness.
Update and maintain reservation and occupancy records.
Handle guest requests and resolve issues related to room bookings.
Ensure accuracy of billing and guest information.
Requirements:
Saudi nationality with fluency in Arabic and English.
Experience in hotel front office or reservations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with hotel management software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
