Key Responsibilities:
Review and process denied or rejected insurance claims for resubmission.
Identify reasons for claim denials and take corrective actions to ensure timely reimbursement.
Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of resubmission activities.
Collaborate with the Billing and Coding teams to improve claim accuracy.
Monitor and report on denial trends and recovery rates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Medical Billing.
Knowledge of insurance policies, claim submission procedures, and denial management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
