Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for staff.
Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain safety documentation, records, and permits.
Promote a safety culture among all site personnel.
Liaise with authorities and clients regarding safety standards.
Requirements:
Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
Proven experience as an HSE Officer in construction projects, preferably in UAE.
Knowledge of UAE safety standards and regulations.
Strong communication and training skills.
Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
