Insurance Sales Representative
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of IIQAFs insurance products and services
• Identify and pursue potential new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote IIQAFs brand and generate leads
• Educate clients on the benefits of our insurance offerings and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to explain coverage options and policy details
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain relationships and offer additional services
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements:
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
