We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager with extensive experience in managing project schedules and planning activities for ADNOC projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely delivery, coordinating with project teams, and providing critical insights to support project decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and establish detailed project schedules in line with project scope, resources, and timelines, adhering to ADNOC standards and best practices.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather progress data and update schedules regularly.
Identify critical activities and potential schedule risks; develop mitigation and recovery plans.
Prepare and present progress reports, schedule updates, and analysis for project review meetings.
Implement schedule control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and ADNOC requirements.
Analyze impact of scope changes, delays, and re-sequencing on project timelines.
Use project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and maintain schedules.
Support project teams in resource planning, sequencing, and prioritization.
Ensure integration of schedules across different project disciplines and streams.
Provide mentorship and guidance to planning engineers and team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and other project scheduling tools.
Strong understanding of ADNOC standards, project controls, and project lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience in handling large-scale EPC projects.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
