Key Responsibilities:
Organize and archive files and documents.
Answer phone calls and emails, and direct them to relevant departments.
Prepare and print letters and reports.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Requirements:
Saudi nationality (as per labor regulations).
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience in administrative work is preferred.
