HVAC Technician (Available In UAE)

Job Location : UAE

Job Responsibility :

• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to HVAC systems.
• Responsible for installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC Systems.
• Ensure project delivery to agreed specifications, scope, time, quality and cost to the company's standards of safety.
• Attending to customer complaints on installed HVAC systems by the company towards identifying and resolving the issues to a logical conclusion.
• Responsible for the servicing and maintenance of all AC installed system until defects liability period.
• Responsible in assisting with other MEP works related to project.
• Collaborate with project managers, MEP engineers and others to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems in fit-out projects
• To achieve the project time-line, work should be completed with available material and manpower resources and maximum quality.
• Maybe assigned to any of our sites and at any geographical location where the company has work.
• Maintain service records and submit reports on system performance and completed tasks.
• Responsible for the setting up the team towards works execution.
• Ensure the reputation of Spencer as a service focused company.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in commercial fit-out projects in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, ventilation, ducting, and mechanical installations.
