Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the project turnover process, ensuring all work is completed according to specifications.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, and commissioning teams to facilitate smooth project handovers.
Prepare and review turnover documentation, punch lists, and close-out reports.
Conduct inspections and quality checks during turnover phases.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards during handover activities.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders during the turnover process.
Track and report on turnover progress and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project turnover, construction, or commissioning.
Strong understanding of project management and quality control processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
