United Engineering Construction UAE is seeking a highly skilled Architect to lead the design and planning of diverse construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design expertise, strong technical knowledge, and experience in managing architectural processes from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs according to project requirements, codes, and standards.
Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure design alignment.
Review and approve architectural plans, specifications, and material selections.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Oversee site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure design fidelity.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines and budgets.
Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Professional registration/licensing as an Architect.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D rendering software, and other design tools.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
