Job Description :

• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of store equipment, glassware, flatware, and chinaware.
• Checking storage areas for supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
• Inspecting and preparing materials and equipment for service readiness.
• Preparing tables and trays, understanding different setups, and ensuring amenities are ready for timely service.
• Removing trays and carts from hallways and elevator bays to maintain cleanliness.
• Following proper telephone etiquette when communicating with guests.
• Greeting guests at their rooms and providing requested services.
• Collecting, verifying, and presenting orders from the kitchen.
• Delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring temperature and presentation standards.
• Serving drinks in appropriate glasses with garnishes.
• Staying informed about daily promotions and specials.
• Checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.
• Performing room service duties in the supervisor's absence.
• Anticipating guest and operational needs proactively.
• Reporting equipment issues and ensuring all tools are functioning properly.
• Maintaining attendance and appearance standards, including proper uniform and grooming.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by management and reporting any damaged equipment.
