We are seeking an experienced Metal Piping QC Inspector to oversee quality control activities related to fabrication and installation of piping systems in oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications, focusing on carbon steel and stainless steel piping.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual inspections and testing of piping fabrication and installation.
Review and verify material certificates and documentation.
Handle punch list development and closure.
Supervise hydrostatic testing of piping systems.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
Document inspection results and non-conformance reports.
Coordinate with fabrication and construction teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain safety and quality standards on-site.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of direct QC inspection experience in industrial piping.
At least 3 years of experience on ARAMCO projects.
SAP registered personnel; CBT passed.
Familiarity with piping codes such as ASME, API.
Strong knowledge of welding inspection and testing methods.
Available to join immediately.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

Understanding of piping components, materials (carbon steel, stainless steel), and fabrication methods.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes.
Ability to interpret piping drawings and technical documents.
Good communication and documentation skills.
